Sony Ericsson have announced the latest addition to its line-up of Walkman branded mobile music phones to further enhance the consumer’s mobile music experience, the sophisticated, Satin Black W810. The Sony Ericsson W810 is a Quad-band EDGE phone (850/900/1800/1900 MHz), and enables users to transfer their legacy CD collection or access operator music download services, while staying connected to friends, family and business colleagues anywhere in the world.

The Sony Ericsson W810 offers the latest in mobile multi-media functionality by taking advantage of high speed data downloads; listen to hours of music, capture and send high-resolution mega pixel images, access the Internet and stay connected through instant messaging or email. The latest Walkman phone comes with a 512MB removable Memory Stick, which can be upgraded to 2GB currently available in retail outlets, allowing consumers to store a wealth of music tracks, photos, video and other multimedia files on the phone.

Extending the highly acclaimed Sony Ericsson Walkman phone line-up, the stylish black with orange trim W810 advances the mobile music experience by seamlessly blending together entertainment and advanced mobile phone technology to offer a truly credible digital music experience supporting industry standard MP3 and AAC music file formats. Sony Ericsson have taken digital imaging in camera phones to new heights today with the launch of the K800 and K790 phones, the first handsets to carry the Cyber-shotâ„¢ brand, a true mark of imaging quality.

Both are highly capable mobile phones with integrated 3.2 Megapixel digital cameras with Autofocus, Xenon flash and BestPic™ - Sony Ericsson’s unique imaging technology that allows you to capture exactly the moment you desire. K800 and K790 combine advanced image capture capabilities with high speed data transfer, making them perfect tools for shooting and sharing high quality pictures and videos. Nokia 3250

The Nokia 3250, Nokia’s newest music phone, grabbed the spotlight of Nokia Trends, an electronic music festival that took place in Berlin, Germany this weekend. This unique design twists to transform a traditional phone keypad into dedicated music keys. The Nokia 3250 stores up to 1 Gigabyte (750 songs) of high quality music and offers 10 hours of music play. In addition, consumers can take advantage of the Nokia 3250’s two-megapixel camera and smartphone capabilities. The triband GSM 900/1800/1900 model is expected to start shipping in the first quarter 2006 with an estimated retail price of 350 EUR before subsidies or taxes.

Mobile Phone Throwing Championship Date Set in the UK

NEC L1 is the model number for the handset in Asian market, which the handset is called e949 in Europe. While looking at the product show in Asia, you will see the model number of L1 seems to be more appropriate, as they simply made up the word “L” and “1″ with 2 handsets, which fully illustrated how thin the phone is. The phone is as thin as 11.9mm, even 2mm thinner than the Motorola V3. Apart from the dimensions, NEC L1 has also abandoned the scoop-like speaker. Nokia 6131 Soft Touch Folder Phone Review

Nokia has started deliveries of the Nokia 6131 phone, a sophisticated and stylish camera phone that offers powerful feature set, including a 1.3 megapixel camera and a superb 16 million color display. The quadband Nokia 6131 will be coming to shops across Europe, Asia, Africa and select Latin American countries. A version for North American markets, the Nokia 6126 will also be available during the second quarter of this year.

With the 6131, Nokia significantly ups the anti on its previous lackluster flip designs such as the 6103. Tailored specifically for a more business orientated market, Nokia has adopted the less-is-more strategy for its exterior design. While not specifically designed to be one for the fashion set, it has all the basic multimedia features covered off, and it looks great.

The real winner here, though, is the internal keypad. Put simply, it’s big. In fact, the entire design rationale with the 6131 is to keep things simple, refined, even elegant. To that end, Nokia has created a keypad layout and accompanying navigational interface which looks great, feels familiar, and is easy to understand. The keypad itself is very well lit, and the volume and camera shortcut buttons are exactly where you’d expect them to be on a Nokia phone. Once again though, Nokia toys with its placement of the on/off button, this time opting for the side of the phone, which may again cause some initial confusion for its loyal customers.

Enjoying music on the go is also easy with the Nokia 6131 as the phone includes a built-in digital music player and FM stereo radio. Captured moments and favourite music can be stored on the optional hot-swappable microSD memory card, offering storage for a wide selection of images or music files.

Ultimately, with a lustrous black design, a fair set of multimedia features, and good support (including quad-band connectivity) for more business-related activities, the Nokia 6131 performed well. While its looks are bound to be somewhat subjectively interpreted, it has a handy features set, and most importantly it’s highly intuitive and easy to use. As a mid-range handset with a pleasant price tag, Nokia users shouldn’t be disappointed.

This clamshell phone is encased in a layer of soft touch paint that feels like rubber, and flips open with a press of the button at the top right hand side of the phone. Quite a smooth idea, but closing it back is not as easy. If you try to do it with one hand, you will feel as if the phone is going to slip and drop anytime. When it’s closed, this phone is quite compact, only 92 mm long and 48 mm wide. It’s also very light at 102g.

At first, after touching the phone for like 30 seconds, I had maintained to Hartom and Carsmovies that the 6170 had a better keypad. After using the phone for a few days, I have to concede that the 6131 has the best keypad I’ve ever used. Text messaging without looking is so easy it’s not even funny.

The buttons recede about half a millimeter or so and while make a nice click you feel, make virtually no audible sound. The w810i makes a slightly louder click.

LG K320 Slim Phone

We are always looking for the slimmest mobile phone on the market because in most peoples eyes the smaller the technology the better oh and it looks good, so we have found the KG K320 which ready for it is only 9.9mm thick or should I say thin. The good thing about this is here in Europe countries if you look hard enough.

This is a very nice mobile phone that we know after you have read all over this review you might have to agree with us, this is the all new Sony Ericsson K618 slim line phone which is the new UMTS handset that is very light and very slim typical 2.5G mobile phone. The display is a 1.9 inch colour LCD with 176×220 pixels and with a 2.0 megapixel digital camera that lets you take nice pictures is starting to sound like a nice handset already.

Bluetooth EDR and support for A2DP is a good feature because this allows you to use it with stereo Bluetooth headphones.
