Phone News: Samsung Starts Shipping D908 Phone with 3 Megapixel Camera in Mainland China

Samsung has started shipping the Samsung D908 GSM phone in China. The Samsung D908 has an integrated 3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and capability of shooting video. Here is more info about the phone:

It's a slim phone! The Samsung D908 is 12.9mm thin and very stylish. The handset weighs 93g and feels comfortable in hand. The display is QVGA resolution, 260k color TFT. The phone comes with a MP3 player that supports 3D sound effects and balances, an integrated Bluetooth radio that supports Bluetooth headsets and printing over Bluetooth, a document viewer, TV-Out port for viewing photos and a microSD storage card slot. The D908 comes with 75MB of internal memory and supports SMS/MMS and Java applications. It has a voice recorder, Contacts that can store 1000 entries and much more.



The 3 megapexil camera has an auto-focus lens with self portrait mirror and a flash. In addition to 4x digital zoom, the camera application offers picture quality settings (3 levles), ISO settings, fast shooting mode for sports shots and white balance settings. The maximum resolutions for photos is 2048 x 1536 and for video 352 x 288.

Announcing The New Samsung SCH B570 Phone

Samsung have just unveiled their new phone so we thought at Phones Review we would show it to you, the new phone from Samsung is called the SCH-B570 and boy what a phone, sorry about this but I am excited and overjoyed and let me tell you why. The main feature about this phone does excite me and that is ready for it – 8GB memory (yes we know Nokia had 8GB of memory but come on that phone is old news and now I have used it well it is a brick) but this phone looks good.

8GB of memory that means you can store 1000’s and 1000’s of music tracks save all your data that you need on here, pictures or store videos and then some more. This phone also has PMP functions and a sexy 3D stereo sound with the possibility to connect a 5.1 system.

You also get DMB, GPS and PIP which means Picture in Picture; you also get a 2 megapixel camera and much more. Now comes the sad part – it looks like only the Koreans are going to get this phone (angered) so what we must do is get as many people together and demand we want this phone across the globe.

Sprint has announced the availability of a stylish new handset from Samsung, the SPH-A640. The sleek clamshell handset features good specifications and an attractive design that includes a hidden OLED external display.

The CDMA Samsung SPH-A640 sports a VGA camera with a self-timer, white balance, and brightness controls, as well as Push-To-Talk support and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. The handset has speakerphone functionality, speaker independent voice dialing, and a WAP 2.0 compatible browser - all in a package weighting just 91g (3.2oz).

The Samsung SPH-A640’s phone book is rather small at 300 contacts, but each entry holds five phone numbers, e-mail and Web addresses, a nickname, and a short memo. The Canon SELPHY CP720 Portable Photo Printer sports a 1.5 inch color LCD and a 300 x 300 dpi (256 gradations/color) resolution.
