Sony Ericsson’s Compact M600i QWERTY Phone Review
The Sony Ericsson M600i is a top of the range 3G touch screen mobile phone. The phone comes in a choice of two very elegant & effective colours which are granite black & crystal white coloured casing. The casing is extremely thin considering all the features that are in this beautifully designed mobile phone. The M600i really is in a class of its own. It comes with a highly useable dual function keypad which includes a QWERTY keypad & the touch screen is of outstanding quality. The M600i is a very style conscious phone & overall feel of it is slim & refined.
The M600i comes with a very clear large 262k colour screen (240 x 320 pixels) which is the perfect size & provides the perfect quality for viewing video clips, email, messages & viewing all that the user desires on the Internet. The phone comes complete with a video clip feature & the user can also use the video streaming option.

The Sony Ericsson M600i is one of the first Symbian OS v9.1 devices to be shipped with the new UIQ 3 user interface. UIQ made a name for itself on Sony Ericsson’s P series of devices like the P910. In fact, the M600i could easily be thought of as a scaled down version of the upcoming P990 QWERTY smartphone, with which it shares many features and internal workings.

Sony Ericsson today unveiled what it claims is the world’s slimmest business UMTS device, the M600i. Measuring just 15mm thick, the new touchscreen-enabled offering is the second handset in the company’s upcoming lineup to feature Symbian OS 9.1 and UIQ 3.0 (after the earlier-announced P990i). It is also the first device from the Swedish-Japanese joint venture to support Memory Stick Micro (M2), the new ultra-small flash memory card addition to the Memory Stick family.
